Canned Sardines Torricado with Pepper and Watercress

A good snack to enjoy the summer.


Preparation Method

  1. Saute the onion and garlic in a little oil. Let it cook for three minutes.
  2. Add the peppers and continue to cook over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped coriander.
  3. Toast the bread, put a little watercress on top, followed by the pepper mixture and, finally, the sardines.
  4. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
