Red Fruits Triffle with Chocolate Cantuccini

Prepare in less than 20 minutes a delicious dessert. The combination of red fruits with natural Greek yogurt and Chocolate Cantuccini.

  1. In a pan, heat the red fruits with the sugar and the cinnamon stick. Leave to cook until the fruit softens. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the Chocolate Cantuccini and place the part on the base of 4 glasses. Pour the red fruit mixture on top.
  3. Cover with a layer of the crumbled madeleines and another of the yogurt. Sprinkle with some more Cantuccini and decorate with pomegranate berries and mint leaves.
