This granola contains roasted oatmeal cereals, nuts and seeds. Sweetened with agave syrup from Mexico, the lowest glycaemic sugar, used as one of tequila ingredients! Organic farming is something that Lizi believes and once his mission is to promote a sense of well-being induced by eating good food, all the Lizi’s granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. A single 50g serving should keep you going until lunchtime and avoid the mid morning cravings that come with so many other cereals.
Ingredients:
Wholegrain OAT flakes (50%), rapeseed oil, NUTS (9%) [HAZELNUT pieces , ALMOND flakes, CASHEW pieces, PISTACHES], dehydrated coconut, seeds (8%) [flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower], agave syrup, concentrated apple juice, molasses.
