This is Lizi’s Original Granola.
Lizi have been making Granola for over twenty years now, refining and adapting the recipe as I went along. There have been some refinements since the early days: nowadays there’s no wheat, no peanuts and less sugar, but it still retains the essential flavour and crunchiness that first appealed to so many people.
All the Lizi’s granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. A single 50g serving should keep you going until lunchtime and avoid the mid morning cravings that come with so many other cereals.
Ingredients:
Wholegrain OATt flakes 53%, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, seeds 8% (pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed), nuts 7% (CASHEW NUTS pieces, ALMOND pieces, HAZELNUTS pieces, NUTS pieces) fructose, black treacle and chicory fibre.

Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place. Reseal bag after use.
Usage Suggestions:
Ready to eat with milk, fruit juice, yogurt with fresh fruit or directly from package.
