Pommery Green Pepper Mustard is a fine, filtered mustard enriched with finely ground Madagascar green pepper that will give a very particular flavor to your dishes.
The flavors combine perfectly with red meats. Equally delicious with white meats, pair with pork, chicken or even fish. Combine with mayonnaise for a spicy condiment, or use it to add flavor to marinades, sauces, and vinaigrettes.
Manufacturer of the famous Moutarde de Meaux, Pommery was founded and is still owned by the eponymous Pommery family. Located in Meaux, France, the brand’s ceramic pots are one of its brand image features, as is the quality and intensity of the mustard, made with the same recipe since 1632 and served to the kings of France themselves.
