The Blinis are a traditional Russian delicacy that have recently celebrated 1000 years of existence. They are practically worldwide and used in a wide variety of sweet and savoury preparations.
These small pancakes named “Blini” differ from traditional ones because they are slightly savoury and more versatile.
Comptoir du Caviar Blinis are prepared in French Brittany according to an exclusive recipe that uses fresh eggs and fresh cheese, giving them a unique and incomparable flavour and texture. Each package is composed of 16 mini Blinis with 5.5cm diameter. Being part of Russian gastronomy for several centuries, they are usually served with cheese, ham, pork, chicken and of course herring – the most abundant and commonly consumed fish.

WHEAT flour 41%, water, EGGS from free-range farming 12%, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, yeast, salt, inactivated and dehydrated WHEAT yeast.

Storage:
Defrosted product, do not re-freeze. Store between 0º and 4ºC.
Preparation Suggestion:
It is advisable to heat the blinis in a frying pan for 1 minute on each side or 15 minutes in the microwave after removing them from the packaging.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve covered with Caviar, Smoked Salmon or Fish Roe in general. In Russia they are usually served with cheese, ham, pork and chicken. They can also be served with whipped cream, jams or other sweets, mushrooms or berries.
