Olive oil helps to preserve and enhances its flavour. In addition to this, it maintains a more balanced ratio between fatty acids (Omega 3 from fish and Omega 6 from olive oil).
Petingas in Olive Oil are ideal for consumption directly or in salads, the simplest of all, simply accompanied by onion and dressing.
