Black quinoa is rare. It is smaller, richer in lithium and maintains a firmer texture than white quinoa. A very complete source of protein, vitamins and antioxidants, it is also very easy to prepare. It can also be eaten in salads, or for breakfast.

Store in a dry and fresh place away from light.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 160g of quinoa into 500ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes. Drain it, stir and season to taste.
