Despite that clean, light nature, these two flavours also pack a real punch. One is bright, sharp and tangy, while the other is earthy, fiery and spicy. It makes for an invigorating pairing.
Taylors has add supporting ingredients that tame that intensity while also increasing its depth. We broaden the citrus canvas with lemongrass, lime oil and silver lime flowers, while the ginger root is accentuated with the addition of galangal (whose flavour is a close cousin). Lastly, apple pieces lend a little touch of sweetness, rounding off those sharp, fiery edges into something a shade more gentle.
