Spaghetti with Poached Egg, Truffle and Paprika de la Vera

If you don’t have much time and want to prepare a simple and quick meal, this recipe is perfect.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti. Once cooked, sauté in olive oil with the truffle for flavour and set aside.
  2. Cook the poached egg in water for about 4 minutes.
  3. On a plate, place the pasta with the truffle and the egg on top. Sprinkle with Pimentón de La Vera Doce Fumado DOP and add salt to taste.
