A marvellous recipe inherited from the Vikings from Egersund and rediscovered by a miracle, Viking salt is sure to surprise! It is a mixture of salt, curry and black pepper. The recipe had faded into obscurity, but recently was found again, to our delight. Terre Exotique Viking smoked salt is a fine salt that will delight fans of smoked flavours. Has an intense, smoky aroma reminiscent of the forests of the Great North and of sea spray.

Salt, onions, smoked salt, pepper, curcuma. Packed in France.
Storage:
Keep in a dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
A superb accompaniment to gratin dauphinois, eggs or crunchy raw salad vegetables.
