Product Description
Ideal for a gourmet and original aperitif, this wafers are made from selected ingredients. The flour, butter and eggs come from the Hauts de France region.
This recipe uses more than 300g of mozzarella to make one kilo of crackers. Delicately flavored with paprika, the chorizo brings all its character to the crackers and matches perfectly with the smoothness of the mozzarella.
