Shrimp salad with avocado

A simple and easy salad for your summer.

  1. Boil the prawns for 10 minutes and drain.
  2. Then cut the prawns into pieces and place in a bowl with the avocado.
  3. In another bowl, mix the zest and juice of the lemon, salt and avocado oil and mix well until smooth.
  4. Season the prawns and avocado with the dressing. Add the washed, dried and chopped lettuce leaves and serve.
