Our new chopped sun-dried tomatoes bring you a taste of traditional cuisine from Puglia with all the care and attention that go into every Conserve della nonna recipe: the tomatoes are left to dry in the sun, seasoned with garlic and herbs, finely chopped and then preserved in sunflower seed and extra virgin olive oil, for a tasty and wholesome product.
Ingredients:
Dried tomato 30%, sunflower oil, water, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, basil, parsley, garlic, salt.
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, milk, soy, nuts, fish and molluscs. Gluten free.
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
Usage Suggestions:
Perfect spread on bread or crostini, but just as delicious as a dressing for pasta.
