Guaranteeing premium quality for over 70 years, Mrs Elswood pickled cucumbers are harvested at the height of the cucumber growing season during June and July every year. These cucumbers are freshly picked & packed once a year, this means our pickles are fresher & crunchier!
Add a special touch to your dishes, sandwiches and salads with these delicious Mrs Elswood Sweet Cucumber Spears.
Ingredients:
Cucumbers, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, MUSTARD seeds, flavor, hardener (calcium chloride), colour (riboflavin).

Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Once removed do not put back into the jar.
Preparation Suggestion:
Mrs Elswood Pickled ginger ale : Add 1 cucumber (diced), 1 small bunch white grapes, 1 bunches of mint, 4 limes (cut into wedges), 3tb demerara sugar, 1tb pink peppercorn, 500ml pickle juice, 300ml Rum or gin (optional) into a large jug or bowl
Squash down with a rolling pin to release some of the juices
Add rum or gin if using
Add ice and top up with ginger beer
Stir everything together
Pour into small glasses, adding more ice if needed. Garnish with Mint, Mrs Elswood Sweet Cucumber Spears, Celery stick (halved), Lime wedge and serve.
Usage Suggestions:
To be enjoyed in a burger, hot dog or salads.
