Gordals are firm, plump olives that are often classed starting at Jumbo size owing to their large size .They are meaty with a mild flavour commonly used as table olives. They are picked green and brined.
Ingredients:
Whole gordal green olive, water, salt (3.5%), flavour enhancers (E-621, E-635), acid (E-330), antioxidant (E-300).
Allergens:
May contain traces of SULPHITES, FISH and ALMOND.
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for cocktails such as Martinis because their mild flavour won’t interfere with the drink, and they are large enough that you don’t feel you have to stick two or three on the pick.
