This is a high aromatic intensity of green nature elements, complex smell with grass touches, banana peel, green avocado, tomato plant, almond fruit, pine nuts and aromatic herbs like fresh thyme. Light present of flowers likes geranium and camomile. A really complex oil that reminds us of fresh elements from nature. The taste is really pleasant at the beginning with a mild bitterness and a growing and clean spicy that reminds us of fresh pepper. It leaves the smell of grass and artichoke. It is persistent and it cleans the mouth.
The can is ideal for preserving the organoleptic qualities of the Oil, and protecting it from light. In addition, due to its shape it will take up almost no space.
During April of 2022, the “Reserva Familiar” olive oil has been awarded the Gold Medal in the New York Olive Oil Competition 2022 among more than 1,200 Olive oils from around the world, also in the May of the same year it has received a Gold Medal in the London Olive Oil Competition 2022.
