Quality and refinement, all brought together in this sea urchin pulp , or better known as sea urchin caviar. Prepared with sea urchin roe collected from the cliffs, rocks and seabeds of the Cantabrian coast. The eggs are extracted by hand, with extreme care and delicacy so as not to alter their texture and flavour.
