Red lentil velouté with coconut milk and ginger

Easy to prepare, red lentils suit all tastes: in soups, salads or even as a side dish.

Preparation Method

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Wash the lentils in clean water
  2. Put the olive oil then the onion and garlic in a pan
  3. Add the ginger and mix. Add the lentils
  4. Mix for 30 seconds and add 75 cl of water
  5. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes Whisk the mixture until you get a smooth soup.
  6. Leave on low heat and add the coconut milk, stir for 5 minutes. Serve.
