The “Piedmont PGI hazelnut”
Our hazelnut is harvested, selected and inspected by hand. Grown on the hills of the Alta Langa, it is considered, thanks to its characteristic taste and unmistakable aroma, the best hazelnut in the world for pastry making.
This soft white praline, with its crunchy wafer, is perfect as an accompaniment to coffee, cappuccino or black tea.
Ingredients:
White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Piedmont HAZELNUTS 35%, sugar, wafer (WHEAT flour, sugar, anhydrous MILK fat, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, salt, malt extract (BARLEY), raising agent: E500ii).
