Bittersweet condiment made of cooked grape must, saturated and aged in wooden barrels according to tradition. During its slow maturation, it underwent 50 rackings in different casks, acquiring the flavours and perfumes of the various woods of Chestnut, Cherry, Oak, Blackberry, Juniper, Acacia and Ash. Its velvety texture and rich, contrasting flavour make it the perfect companion for important but not elaborate dishes such as meat or tuna tartar, vegetable carpaccio or porcini, marinated fish, matured cheeses, dark chocolate cakes, fresh berries, vanilla, pistachio or hazelnut pudding and can also be enjoyed neat in a teaspoon to stimulate the appetite or after dinner for its digestive effects. This valuable reserve is packaged in a special gift box, limited edition, a cube entirely covered with over 4000 round SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS in which a refined bottle decorated with a multifaceted sparkling crystal stands out.
