Nevis Salmon is smoked. The bones are removed and the fillets are cut to tin size and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. It is a much appreciated river fish and a natural source of proteins, vitamins, mineral salts and Omega-3.
In this new line, Nevis, the preserves are smoked in a wood-fired oven until golden brown and full of natural flavour.
With totally natural ingredients, without preservatives, and combined with the authentic and ancient wood-smoking techniques, these new products emerge as a Tasty, Healthy and Traditional delicacy.
