Pasco Balti Paste is a slightly hot but balanced combination of spices such as coriander, ginger, garlic, tomato puree, cumin, coconut, salt, parsley, chilli, mixed spices and turmeric powder.
Vegetable oil (rapeseed), coriander, (15%), water, ginger, garlic (10%), tomato puree, cumin, coconut (15%), salt, parsley, chilli powder (1.5%), mixed spices, turmeric powder, citric acid, acetic acid.
May contain traces of nuts, milk and mustard.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown, add 500g meat or veg and fry for 2mins. Add 2tbspn of Pasco Balti Curry Paste and fry for a further 2mins. Add water if more sauce is required simmer on a low heat until meat or veg is cooked.
Use Pasco Pickled Lime (Mild) in main courses or as a dip with naan or pappadamus.
