Pickles can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment to curries and dal dishes. Pasco Pickled Garlic is a popular Indian specialty that consists in moderately hot sun-ripped Indian chilli peppers and the spiciness of garlic.
Ingredients:
Garlic 40%, Chilli 30%, Rapeseed Oil, MUSTARD, Ginger, Fenugreek, salt, acetic acid (E260), turmeric.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shake well before using. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Usage Suggestions:
