Cooked mussels, fried in olive oil and served with a homemade spicy escabeche sauce. This preserve consists of 7 to 9 pieces with a soft texture and a flavour with vinegar nuances from the handmade escabeche sauce.

Ingredients:
MUSSEL (MOLLUSK), olive oil, VINEGAR(SULFITES), garlic, paprka, smoked paprika, hot pepper, cloves, pepper and bay leaf.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep it in refrigerator, consume within 24h.
Preparation Suggestion:
To enjoy the mussels the ideal is to place the can on ice or in the freezer 5-10 minutes before opening for consumption.
