Hake roe vinaigrette

The hake roe vinaigrette is a Mediterranean option that will transport you to the Spanish coast with every bite.

Preparation Method

  1. Chop all the vegetables (red, green and yellow peppers, onions and tomatoes) into small cubes and put them in a deep bowl.
  2. Open the tin of Hake Roe Medallions and drizzle the olive oil over the chopped vegetables in the bowl. Make sure the chilli is also incorporated into the container.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to the tin.
  4. Add a splash of sherry vinegar to the container.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well so that the flavours integrate and you get a homogeneous vinaigrette.
  6. To serve, place a good bed of vinaigrette on the plate and top with a piece of hake roe.
