Grilled razor clams with garlic and paprika

The razor clams are canned one by one, by hand and with all the care that this excellent product requires.

Preparation Method

  1. In a frying pan, put a dash of olive oil and brown 3 sliced garlic cloves, add the chopped parsley and a teaspoon of paprika.
  2. Add the natural razor clams to the frying pan, for just a few seconds so that they heat up slightly and integrate with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Remove from the pan to a serving plate.
