Shrimps with Chimichurri Sauce

A simple dish to make your summer afternoon happier.

  1. Thaw the Prawns of Mozambique, rinse with cold running water and drain well.
  2. Next, arrange the shrimps in a wide roasting pan so that they do not overlap too much and season with coarse salt.
  3. Drizzle the shrimps from Mozambique with the chimichurri sauce, mix well and place in a preheated oven at 200° for 18 to 20 min. approx., turn Cameroon halfway through.
  4. Serve the Shrimp with chimichurri sauce with toasted slices of bread and green salad.
