Rice with Squid in its Ink

This recipe has the exact quantities to prepare rice with squid in ink for two people.

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the onion and pepper into small portions. In a frying pan with olive oil, add the onion to sauté. Subsequently, add the red pepper to perform the same procedure. Add water and let it cook.
  2. Next, add the rice, salt, and pepper to the mixture and bring to high heat. When the water is reduced, add a glass of white wine. Let it cook on medium heat stirring constantly. Add an extra cup of water and let it continue cooking.
  3. When we see that the rice is at the cooking point add the squid in its ink. Remove until it is mixed in the right way. Let it stand for a few minutes and finally serve.
