Abba Seafood specializes in herring and fish paste preparations
The name Abba is short for AB Bröderna Ameln, which basically means Ameln Brothers Limited Company. The name was registered in 1906, but the history of the company dates back to 1838 when the father founded the company. The famous music group of the same name had to apply permission to the company to use the same acronym in its name.
The range of Abba products includes everything from spreads and tuna to soups, caviars, and ready-made sauces. And, of course, herring in all shapes and flavors. The quality of its products is the top priority for the company as well as the sustainability they provide, all products they market are MSC certified ensuring that all fish are fished in accordance with current sustainable fishing laws.
