This is ABBA’s most traditional herring recipe: Skinless pickled herring chunks in a sauce with onions, sliced ??carrots and spices. Herring is a classic ingredient in Scandinavian cuisine. It is a genuine and healthy, Omega 3 rich delicacy that can be enjoyed on a toast, as an aperitif or served in a buffet. All Abba marinades are based on the best herring fillets; Fresh fish is brought directly from the sea, placed in barrels and marinated in a traditional way. The barrels are then stored in a place without light and at a controlled temperature. Then the herring is cut into appetizing pieces for a firm consistency with each bite.
