All Abba marinades are based on the best herring fillets; Fresh fish is brought directly from the sea, placed in barrels and marinated in a traditional way. The barrels are then stored in a place without light and at a controlled temperature. Then the herring is cut into appetizing pieces for a firm consistency with each bite.
