Sweet Potato Stuffed with Tuna

A healthy and tasty meal.

  1. Cut each potato lengthways and season with 1 drizzle of olive oil, the rosemary leaves, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the boiled eggs and potatoes in a steamer tray.
  3. Remove the tray and basket and drain the water. Peel the eggs and set aside.
  4. Chop the onion, seeded tomato, and garlic clove and set aside.
  5. Then add the olive oil and sauté with the previous preparation.
  6. Add the tomato pulp, the well-drained tuna, 1 coarsely chopped egg, the julienned cabbage, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Cut the potatoes in half and fill them with the tuna. Sprinkle with the grated egg and seeds and serve.
