Mett Empanadas

Any type of meat is good for filling empanadas.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. In a skillet, heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the cumin, paprika and let it cook for a while.
  3. Add the chopped olives
  4. Add the raisins and finally the boiled eggs.
  5. Dust the worktop with flour, remove a sheet of dough from the empanadas.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  7. Close the dough tightly and close and roll the dough, in order to achieve the appearance of an empanada.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, at 200º, until the dough is cooked and golden.
