The curry paste is especially appreciated with steamed poultry meat, accompanied with vegetables. Often powdered in the West, this spice mixture is more common in paste in the East. This curry paste is made from coriander, turmeric, mustard seeds, fenugreek, pepper, cumin, flour, pepper, garlic, fennel and salt. The spicy and fragrant flavor and its vivid color go perfectly with fruits: banana, apple, pineapple.
