A touch of Brandy and Spice gives this Cherry Jam its intoxicating flavour. Made with cherries from selected producers in England and Scotland this delicious jam is prepared with 42g of fruit per 100g. 62g of total sugar content per 100g.
The Thursday Cottage range of jams are made from specially selected whole fruit. Thursday Cottage uses traditional small-batch open-pan methods to make these truly attractive fruit preserves, and the simplicity of the recipes is largely responsible for the longevity of the brand.
