  1. Place the coriander in a food processor and chop it finely. Put aside in a bowl.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, except the coriander and orange zest, and blend until smooth.
  3. Finish by sprinkling with the coriander that you reserved, some sesame seeds, and the orange zest, to taste.

Note: You can use this dip as a dip in wraps.
