Fettuccine all’Alfredo with truffle

Fettuccine with truffles is a tasty and exquisite dish. It owes its unmistakable aroma to the truffle that is added to the egg pasta.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a pan put the butter and a tablespoon of water from the cooked pasta, dilute and introduce the fettuccine.
  3. Add the Parmigiano Reggiano Cream with Alba White Truffle and stir everything together.
  4. Finally, add the Sliced Summer Black Truffle to decorate the dish.
