Lemon Pie with Ice Cream

Here’s how to prepare this incredible lemon tart recipe!

Ingredients

  • 100g butter biscuit
  • 3 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • ½ jar of ice cream

Preparation Method

  1. Blend the biscuits in a blender until you get a sandy texture.
  2. Mix in the biscuit and two teaspoons of lemon zest.
  3. Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until it thickens.
  4. Alternate layers of farofa, lemon cream and sorbet.
  5. Finish with ice cream. Decorate with the remaining biscuits and lemon zest.
  6. Chill in the freezer for 1 hour and serve afterward; if you prefer, make a single portion.
