Lettuce, Peaches and Cashew Salad

This salad is a delight for hot days. This type of accompaniment is light and fresh.

  1. Start by heating a dry, non-stick skillet. Then add the cashews and lightly toast them for a few minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving to cool.
  2. Then prepare the lettuce by separating it into leaves, washing and drying it well and placing it in a salad bowl.
  3. Then wash the peaches and cut them into slices or pieces. Add them to the lettuce as well as the cooled cashews.
  4. Then season to taste with the fleur de sel, olive oil and vinegar just before serving.
  5. Accompany with grilled meats.
