The Cordovil is a green and ripe with characteristics very representative of this region of Alentejo. The flavour of its olive oil falls somewhere between bitter and spicy, accompanied by sensations of sweetness. This Portuguese olive oil of superior category, obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical means.
