Originating in Tuscany, in areas close to the sea, Frantoio olive is enchanting in its ability to adapt and in its fruity and stable flavour. Harvested when it is still green, it produces a high-quality olive oil with an aromatic, sweet taste and a gentle spice. Acclaimed worldwide, the Frantoio gives the olive oil its structure and body, in a way similar to that which occurs with Bordeaux and wine.
