Stewed Beef with Mediterranean Sauce, Potatoes and Peas

A comforting meal for cold days.

Preparation Method

  1. Finely chop an onion and prepare a stir-fry with garlic, rosemary, and bay leaf.
  2. Add the pieces of meat to the sauté and drizzle with the red wine.
  3. Once the wine has evaporated, add the Mediterranean sauce and cook over very low heat for at least 2 hours.
  4. When there are 30 minutes left to cook, add the diced potatoes and peas. Finish cooking and serve.
