Turkey rice with oyster sauce

Oyster sauce is a typical condiment in Chinese cuisine. Thin slices of turkey meat, cooked with oyster sauce, and served with basmati rice. Find out how to make turkey rice with oyster sauce.

  1. Start by heating a casserole with the onion until caramelized (5 minutes).
  2. Add the oil, ginger, courgette or other green vegetable and the shredded turkey and sauté over high heat.
  3. Refresh with wine once everything is cooked.
  4. Quickly add the cooked rice, mixing everything with the oyster and soy sauce.
  5. The rice will take on a golden color and will be ready when it is all that color.
  6. Add the toasted sesame seeds and coriander leaves and serve hot.
