This spirit has been aged in the Montifaud cellars for ate least 6 years, in the finest French Oak casks, creating a tremendous complexity. All the grapes used in this XO (Old Extra) Cognac were grown in the Petite Champagne cru, viewed as one of the top crus in the Cognac area.
Not just a name, this XO is majestic by its composition: a “drop” of history in one of our oldest cognac. This “drop” of very old eau de vie from our paradise cellar comes to sublimate our XO quality: Fantastic complexity, great length on the palate, with a special finish coming from this “drop” of history.
The spirit is presented in wonderfully designed packaging with an exciting centre-opening presentation box, and an over-sized decanter-style bottle, bound to catch the eye of all that see it. A Majestic Cognac in every respect!

Excellent cocktail base, for appetizer or digestive. It also goes well with scallops cooked with the endive cream.
