Cheese fondue

There’s nothing more appropriate for a good social gathering than this delicious cheese fondue, in which leftover cheeses are emphasized. Pair it with good wine.

Preparation Method

  1. Place the cornstarch, white wine, and crushed garlic in a non-stick fondue pot. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the leftover cheese and bring to a boil. Season with pepper and thyme.
  3. Place the pan over the burner and dip the cornichons, cheese crackers, and boiled potatoes into the heated cheese.
