Eau de Vie with a unique character. A blend of distilled cognacs in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This Cognac has reached its fullest. Great wealth of aromas. Flavours of licorice, spices and leather. Powerful, structured, rusty. Long in the mouth with great complexity on the palate.
A bottle of this brandy was sold at auction by Christie’s during Vinexpo 1987.
Excellent cocktail base, for appetizer or digestive. It also goes well with scallops cooked with the endive cream.
