A good example is this Maison Bruyèr Hazelnut Croquants: Based upon the recipe of the original croquants from Occitanie (confectioned by Roger Bruyère), this crunchy biscuit is simply delicious and reveals in the mouth a flavour of praline with toasted hazelnuts. It releases a crunchy comforting texture similar to a home-made cookie.
