Vanilla wafer semifrio

A semifrio is always an excellent option! You have to try this biscuit and vanilla dessert.

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the biscuits into quarters. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Pour the egg yolks into a bowl, add the condensed milk and mix well until it becomes a fluffy cream.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream into a firm, whipped cream. In another bowl, whip the egg whites and add to the cream. Mix well and add to the condensed milk mixture.
  3. In individual bowls or in a large bowl, alternate layers of cream and biscuit pieces. Leave to cool to solidify and serve decorated to taste.
