The preparation of duck foie gras is an old tradition in the region of the French Southwest. The foie gras “Recipe à l’Ancienne” is carefully chosen and seasoned only with salt and pepper as per the traditional recipe.
A delicately seasoned Foie Gras, perfect for sharing in a special dinner, to serve as a gourmet aperitif, or simply as a gift. Product with Protected Geographical Indication Sud-Oest.
Ingredients:
Duck foie gras, water, salt, Armagnac, pepper, sugar.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Preparation Suggestion:
After cooling, remove the product from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
Usage Suggestions:
Can be savored with truffles or liqueurs. It is commonly served accompanied by breads or toasts. It is often served with a dessert wine, although many people prefer it with dry wine. It can be accompanied by a salad.
